Who We Are

S.E.M. Dynamic Engineers Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 11th December 1998 as a Civil, Mechanical, and primarily Electrical Contractor. We are a 100% Bumiputera company headquartered in Seberang Jaya, Pulau Pinang with a branch office in Kuala Lumpur.

Our company is headed by well-exposed professionals who have extensive experience across multiple engineering disciplines. We provide Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Maintenance (EPCM) services with several engineering teams equipped with the necessary skills, experience, and proven management systems.

Over the past 25+ years, we have successfully completed more than 500 projects for government agencies, government-linked companies (GLCs), and private corporations throughout Malaysia.

Company Incorporation

S.E.M. Dynamic Engineers was incorporated on 11th December 1998 as a Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical contractor.

2002

Competent Engineer Certification

Our founding director received certification as Competent Electrical Engineer from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.

2007

TNB Contractor Registration

Registered as contractor with Tenaga Nasional Berhad, expanding our service capabilities.

2015

CIDB G7 Certification

Achieved CIDB Grade G7 registration, qualifying for major construction projects nationwide.

2017

Major Hospital Projects

Completed RM21.5 million Hospital Taiping upgrade project and UiTM electrical maintenance contract.

2023

ISO 9001:2015 Certification
